A Midsummer's Weather Slumberfest

The Midsouth experienced another warm night overnight with lows mostly in the lower 70's.
For the next few days, a rather tranquil weather pattern will prevail over us as high pressure takes over.  Lower humidity and temps in the lower 90's will be common as the high pressure holds strong for the next few days.

A "return flow" is forecasted to set up over the weekend with small chances of thundershowers beginning on Sunday as moisture from the Gulf returns to the Midsouth.
